Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RentFlow app. By using RentFlow, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. The service

RentFlow is a tool for managing properties, leases, documents, media, and maintenance. A landlord may create leases and share an activation code; a tenant who redeems it gains access to what the landlord shares.

3. Not a party to your lease

RentFlow is software only. We are not a landlord, tenant, broker, or party to any lease or agreement between users, and we do not provide legal, financial, or real-estate advice. You are solely responsible for your agreements and for complying with applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant RentFlow a limited license to store and display it to authorized users (you and parties to the relevant lease) so the service can function. You must have the right to upload anything you add and must not upload unlawful or infringing content.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• No attempts to breach security or access data you are not authorized to view.
• No uploading of malware or content that violates others' rights.

6. Termination

You may stop using RentFlow and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between landlords and tenants.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
